EverHome Care, LLC (“EverHome,” “we”) helps families navigate senior care. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. We are family-first and never sell your information or take referral fees.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, and information you choose to add to your profile).
Messages you send to Beacon, our AI care guide.
Basic technical data (e.g. IP address) used to keep the service secure and rate-limited.

AI providers and where your data goes

Beacon is an AI assistant. To answer your questions, the text you send is processed by third-party AI providers:

DeepSeek – generates Beacon’s responses by default. DeepSeek is operated from China, so your message text is processed on servers outside the United States.
Anthropic (United States) – used as a backup response provider.
OpenAI (United States) – used to match your question to relevant public source material.

Please don’t enter directly identifying medical or financial details(such as full names, account numbers, or specific diagnoses tied to a named person) into Beacon. It’s an educational guide, not a medical, legal, or financial advisor.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments, when you purchase). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing support@liveeverhome.com. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service.
